Who we are

Engineering solutions for safer structures

With a wealth of know-how and 30 years experience in the domestic market and 18 years in the international market, we have specialised teams that carry out all their activities in full, developing products and solutions that meet the specific needs of each client's projects.

We started our business with the application of post-tensioning on site, but we wanted to go further. With ambition and rigour, we expanded our portfolio of activities, namely the supply of support devices and expansion joints, the execution of special works associated with the movement of structures (incremental launching and lifting) and the supply and assembly of slab lightening, produced from 100% recycled material.

The ability to respond and the quality of delivery recognised in the market have been decisive in the process of international expansion, having developed projects in various countries including Poland, Cape Verde, Angola, Mozambique, Malawi, Nigeria, Uganda, Rwanda, Brazil, Peru, and Mexico.

We are proud to say that we have been involved in more than 2,000 projects, both for the Mota-Engil Group and for external clients.

What we do

In constant growth, we have the capacity to develop projects in prestressing and complementary areas such as post-tensioning on construction sites, movement of heavy structures, expansion joints (reinforced elastomeric, mixed, metallic, finger-joints and non-apparent), support devices (elastomeric, pot-bearing, seismic isolators and oleodynamic) and slab injection and lightening.

- Agom System, for support devices and expansion joints.
Both for Portugal and several other countries. These systems are certified according to European standards and requirements.

From new projects to refurbishments, both of buildings and of railway and road network structures, we operate in the post-tensioning market on projects with different profiles. Although the concept of post-tensioning is similar in its various aspects, the objective, location, and materials define the type of post-tensioning to be implemented.
