In line with Mota-Engil Engenharia's business strategy, our extensive experience in the area of prefabrication allows us to respond positively to the technological revolution that the construction industry is going through.

Products

In response to a growing market demand for design-led, more personalized, flexible, and sustainable construction solutions, we study, design and manufacture fast, effective and economical solutions that involve reducing energy consumption, CO2 emissions and waste throughout the life cycle of prefabricated structures, without compromising the efficiency of the manufacturing process.

We have a wide range of products and fields of action such as: facades and structures for concrete and GRC buildings, large concrete structural elements (bridges, viaducts, tunnels) and a portfolio of large and renowned projects carried out over decades.

A versatile solution and a guarantee of structural stability, it is ideal for covering internal areas of up to 250 m².

It allows sections with maximum rectangular free dimensions of 19 m (W) x 5 m (H) and interior heights of up to 9 m.

Its modular design makes it easy to assemble on site, allowing tunnels to be built with high efficiency and in short timeframes. This solution has been in use for more than 30 years, with more than a hundred projects completed in Portugal.
