Building tomorrow's legacy

Mota-Engil Engenharia is committed to the development and growth of its employees, based on a training strategy in technical and transversal areas and on professional qualification and certification, aimed at the strategic objectives of the organisation and the demands of the business.

Contact with different businesses, learning innovative methodologies, networking with key people and developing skills in an international context are all part of the training and growth process. To take on this challenge, each year we try to attract final-year students or recent graduates, mainly from the Engineering field.

The programme lasts one year and has already been running for 11 editions. In October 2023, more than 200 trainees joined the Group, of which Mota-Engil Engenharia is a part, in all the geographical areas where we are present: Africa, Latin America and Europe.
