This project involved the creation of networks for water supply, gas, sanitation and rainwater drainage, electricity, telecommunications, as well as heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
The project covered the construction of UPTEC Central Building, which connects with the Incubation Centre for Technology-based companies (first phase) to form a single and cohesive building. The building has four floors above ground and two floors below ground (2 basements, ground floor and 3 upper floors), maintaining architectural continuity with the existing building.
Designed for high-tech research services and companies, the UPTEC Central Building offers modern and functional infrastructures. The two basements are dedicated to car parking, ensuring convenience and accessibility for residents and users of the building.
This project represents a milestone in the modernisation and development of the Science and Technology Park of the University of Porto, contributing to growth and innovation in the technological and scientific fields.
