The M-ODU covers a vast area of approximately 26,000 square metres, distributed between new buildings, the rehabilitation of existing structures, a pedestrian overpass and a Master roof. Among the spaces created, 11 buildings stand out for offices, two for art galleries and museums, and two for restaurants. More than 8,000 square metres will be dedicated to business, culture and services, while 12,000 square metres will be reserved for offices and restaurants.
The restaurant buildings will be able to seat 167 people. The office buildings will be designed to accommodate up to 2,180 people, providing modern and functional spaces for companies and professionals. LEED-certified, M-ODU reflects a commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency, integrating harmoniously with its surroundings and contributing to the urban revitalisation of Porto.
