All the blocks built have four floors above the ground level and vary between 1 and 2 bedroom types.
On the ground floor you'll find the general access areas, the commercial and catering areas, and the private access areas where the entrances to the flats' vertical circulations and the condominium's laundry room are located.
The building also has a floor below ground level for storage rooms, technical areas and a 91-space car park. A sloping roof was created to hide all the condenser and fan systems used for the flats and the exhausts of the commercial areas.
In order to successfully fulfil this challenge, the following work was carried out: luxury finishing, HVAC installations and equipment, electrical installations and equipment, water and sewage installations and equipment, and exterior arrangements.
