With a concentric layout, made up of three wings connected to a central core, each arm of the Infinity Tower has its own typological organisation. The building has 3 accesses - one to the west of the building and two to the east - 195 homes spread over 26 floors, with typologies ranging from studios to 5-bedroom flats. Some of the duplex flats will have double-height garden terraces.
In addition to the 26 upper floors for residential use, the building also has 4 trapezoidal basement floors, 2 of which are underground and the other 2 semi-underground, for car parking, storage and leisure spaces.
In terms of construction, approximately 56,844m2 were built, of which 16,400m2 in basements (part of which is built Top down) and 40,444m2 on upper floors.
In very brief terms, the contract consisted of carrying out the following work:
- Execution of Peripheral Containment and Reinforced Concrete Bracing Structure;
- Earthworks;
- Reinforced and prestressed concrete structures and metal structures;
- Finishing;
- Water and Sewage Networks;
- Gas Network;
- Electrical, telecommunications, centralised technical management and security installations;
- HVAC installations;
- Lifts;
- Exterior Arrangements and Landscaping.
This luxury residential tower also has leisure areas that promote well-being, such as swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), paddle tennis court, gym, spa and private car park, as well as a concierge service provided by professionals.
