The Boulevard

Initially, the goal was to transform the building into a hotel establishment. However, during the process, the project was changed to housing construction. 

The work consisted of rehabilitating and extending the building by demolishing the existing infrastructure and rebuilding it. The extension was carried out by adding two floors to the top of the building and a technical area on level -2.   

In order to meet all the quality requirements, the work carried out by various areas of expertise in engineering and construction was essential, namely: demolition work, façade containment, excavation and peripheral containment, foundations, reinforced concrete structure, jet-grouting pile walls, architecture and finishing, waterproofing, hydraulic installations, electrical installations, ITED, security, HVAC systems, among others.  

The Boulevard is a project that has rehabilitated more than a century of history, representing the perfect fusion of tradition, comfort and innovation.
