
The construction of this project involved the intervention of various engineering and construction areas of expertise, namely:
- Demolition and Structural Reinforcements;
- Foundations and Structures;
- Architecture / Finishing;
- Water Supply and Fire Networks;
- Wastewater and Rainwater Drainage Networks;
- Mechanical Installations - HVAC;
- Electrical Installations;
- Telecommunications;
- Integrated Safety;
- Fire Safety.
Using exclusivity as its concept, the Castilho 203 building has 18 floors and 20 flats (seven 2-bedroom and thirteen 3-bedroom). From the 8th floor upwards, there is the distinctive feature of having only one three-bedroom apartment per floor. The 8th floor also includes an outdoor swimming pool for the exclusive use of residents.
The lower floors have been designed to add great comfort and quality of life to the building's inhabitants. Thus, on floor 0, there is a multimedia room, a treatment room and a health club that extends to floor -1 with a gym, swimming pool, sauna and changing rooms divided between the two floors. Floors -2, -3 and -4 are used for car parking.
