
During the rehabilitation process, significant interventions were carried out. A 4-star hotel with 85 rooms was built in a building previously used for offices. Part of the existing area was transformed into commercial shops.
In order to complete the work, a series of tasks were carried out that differ in their complexity and fulfilment, such as earthworks, structure, finishing and infrastructures, namely the water supply, gas, sanitation, rainwater drainage, electricity, telecommunications and HVAC systems.
