Sheraton Porto Hotel & Spa

The project for this hotel - an 18-storey building with a rooftop - included the construction of a retaining structure, superstructure, masonry (brick and plasterboard), initial wall and floor coverings, plasterboard false ceilings and ceramic/marble/stonework.

The lower floors include technical areas, changing rooms, a spa and 400 car parking spaces with micro-concrete flooring, finished with mechanical trowelling.

The upper floors are distributed as follows: ground floor, upper floor, floors 1 to 12 and rooftop. The ground floor houses the lobby, restaurant and bar.

The upper floor houses conference rooms and an auditorium for 1000 people, made up of 4 prestressed beams with a span of 30 m, supporting a slab of around 1100 m². The 269 rooms, distributed between the 1st and 12th floors, include 11 suites and a 380 m² presidential suite.

The outdoor area consists of a bush-hammered granite walkway and garden areas.
