Built between 2016 and 2017, CS Wind is located in the North Terminal of the Port of Aveiro (TNPA) and operates in the manufacture of solutions and equipment for the wind energy market, namely the production of large-scale truncated conical metal pillars to be used in wind towers in the future.

The main purpose of the work, which began in 2023 and was completed in 2024, was to expand the Industrial Unit for the Production of Wind Towers. This project tripled the company's production capacity in Portugal in order to respond to the increased demand in the market.

The new buildings follow the same principles as those already erected, maintaining the spatial and organisational models and the same materiality. Three new halls were built:

- the main hall - Hall C - with high ceilings, similar to the existing Hall A;

- a new painting and metallisation hall - WT;

- a hall for assembling the interiors of the truncated conical metal pillars - IM.

Some of these halls have support buildings, lower and built on the side, which mainly include technical areas to support production, consisting of warehouses and areas reserved for employees, such as changing rooms and canteens.

The project also includes a Social Building with meeting rooms, offices, open spaces, sanitary facilities, pantries and storage, all grouped together and spread over 2 floors.

This project involved piling, precast reinforced and prestressed concrete, reinforced concrete, earthworks, drainage, paving, finishing and special installations.
