Project: Construction of Cell No. 2 of the Landfill Site - Paradela

Description: This contract was for the creation of Cell No. 2 of the Paradela Landfill - Resulima, which involved considerable earthmoving, the installation of drainage networks for both subsurface water and leachate near the bottom of the cell. The cell was waterproofed with 2 types of material, a layer of Bentonite Geocomposite and a layer of HDPE Geomenbrane. The rainwater network was built around the cell, and granular layers and bituminous mixtures were applied.​
